Our guarantee to you

  • At Elajé, we aim to give you the highest standard of service and treatments. We also understand that you don’t always have much time. Therefore it is our aim to provide a high quality service in the shortest possible time and you may have more than one of our team treating you at any one time.
  • With chemical hair treatments such as straightening treatments or perms we will offer you a complimentary blow dry within a week of your treatment for us to evaluate the results.
  • If you are not happy with any product you purchase from our salon please return it for a full refund.
  • We want to ensure that you receive the best service and treatments and that our staff are fully equipped to deliver the highest standards. Therefore we invest in our staff training on a continuous basis

Policies

  • Please appreciate we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If we do not receive sufficient notice a fee may/will be charged.
  • Colouring services must be accompanied by a cut and finish or cleanse and finish. Please note these services are not included in the price of the colour.
  • Bridal hair. Prior to the day a full consultation and hair trial must be completed.
  • Student discount is given on production of an NUS student card.
  • Most appointments will require a deposit upon booking.
  • Should you run late for an appointment, regrettably time with your stylist or therapist may have to be reduced accordingly to avoid delaying the next client.
  • All new clients will be required to take a skin test for any colour appointments 48 hours before their appointment. This is a legal requirement and in your best interest.
  • All clients will be required to take a skin test for eyelash extensions, eyelash tints and brow tint appointments 48 hours prior to appointments.
  • Student discount only valid on production of an NUS student card.

Refunds

All our service and products are guaranteed therefore if you are dissatisfied with any area of your visit rest assured we will resolve it to your satisfaction providing we are notified within 7 days of your appointment.

We endeavour to seek every possible opportunity to find a resolution to any misunderstanding resulting in a disappointment. A financial or partial refund will only be offered if all other avenues have been exhausted and are at the discretion of the salon owner.

We endeavour to restrict our price increases to once per year. However, we reserve the right to make any adjustments necessary due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. This may include price amendments relating to a stylists level change.
